The only problem was, I loved food. I loved going out for dinner. I loved getting McNuggets after a night out. I loved eating a cheese platter with friends. I swung wildly between "Treat yourself! Live your best life!" and "Eat as little as you can to be smaller!".
I tried everything from counting calories, to tracking macros, to intermittent fasting, to being vegan, to the paleo diet... you name it, I tried it. Every time, I thought I'd found *the thing* that was going to make me happy, but after a while it would stop working, I'd 'fail' at my diet and I'd be back to square one.
The rage against the diet-culture-obsessed society that we live in grew within me as I learnt more about how we're all pressured to chase the wrong things - the things that will actually do us more harm than good.
When I overcame the years of negative body image, low self-worth and a shitty relationship with food, I became obsessed with helping other women to do the same. Nobody should have to go through what I went through.
It's not. I've done it, my clients have done it, and I know for a fact that you can do it too.
Let me show you how f*cking incredible life can be when you love yourself more.
