Most people focus on changing the outside - the way they look, the foods they allow in their house, the number of gym sessions they do - but those things don't lead to sustainable change, and they always end up back at square one. The only way to create change that lasts forever in your body image, confidence and relationship with food is to do the deep mindset work on your thoughts, beliefs and feelings.
